James Smith1the branch manager… wow if he can’t talk down to you, then he doesn’t want to talk to you, this permeates throughout the staff and bankers. Stay away. No I don’t want to contact you, this was the attitude I received from this branch and then your customer service line. When my issue is “settled” with Wells Fargo bank I’ll be sure to close all accounts, and I know my one small account in your eyes means nothing, but I can’t take being treated in a way where I feel that me the client of your bank paying you to help me should at least maybe try to answer questions instead of just talking over me. Little to zero was accomplished from the branch manager, he offered to waive a cashiers check fee!! Thanks for nothing again. I refuse to communicate with you behind email, I feel others should see this and how it’s handled to know what to expect. I removed the names but left the job of who I spoke with at the branch.

Andy Lee1I have wonderful banking experiences at every Wells Fargo branch I visit for all of my business and personal banking except for the Tuskawilla Rd & Red Bug Rd branch. There is never not some kind of issue or inconvenience when I visit this branch. Stay away!

Kathy Yergler110 am on a Wed. could not get past one of the worst automated systems to talk to a person to find out if they had a Notary available. The automated system finally dropped me to a call center in another state. The person tried also to call the bank (Branch on Red Bug Lake Road). Currently on hold waiting for her to get through to the bank. 15 min. and counting. She was unable to get them to answer the phone. She is however, calling other branches for me. 20 min. and counting. Although the call center is doing their best to find me a close branch with a Notary, the branches do not even pick up the phones. Lousy customer service by the local branches, but good effort and service by the Call Center. Did not find a Notary at the bank because they never answered their external nor internal phone lines.

Rebecca Bruce3This bank is hard to reach by phone during normal business hours. You call the local number, go through several prompts and holds, and then go through a voice prompter again and then hold and then you're ultimately transferred to a call center when nobody picks up twice. When you physically go to the bank, people are always standing there to greet you so maybe they should be handling calls instead. In person service is good.

Blueberry Chronicles5The last two times that I visited Wells Fargo in Winter Springs, I was helped by Marie Yap. She was friendly, professional, proactive, and overall did a fantastic job of explaining everything to me and making sure that she'd completely answered all of my questions. I've appreciated her help immensely both times, and I would recommend her (and this Wells Fargo location overall) - I've had nothing bu positive experiences in the year that I've been a customer there.

Lyn Reaster1I am nothing but disappointed and CANNOT WAIT to go to another bank! Dont sit there and tell me it's "Impossible" to cash a portion of MY check, and deposit the rest between MY accounts when I have done so SEVERAL times before. And its always the same person I have the problem with. So now I have to wait, until tuesday and wednesday for my check to clear, JUST SO I CAN EAT. I AM DONE WITH THIS BANK. The GM was nice but was of no assistance as well. Cannot wait to take my business elsewhere when I get my money.
