  They're very veeeeery slow to process any transactions, it used to be a person with the name Chris who was exceptional; they exceptions to serve some ppl in the lobby.( It's been drive thru only, sice a long long time ago.) It's a ridiculous time consuming, for a mortgage payment, it took me 50 mins!!!!! Very disappointed!!!

  What is this nonsense? You can't get help with your check card on the weekend? What kind of service is that? It isn't service, that's what kind.

  Extremely poor customer service. They refuse to cash a payroll check, unless you already have that much money in your account. They even refused to cash a tax refund check. If the U.S. government bounces a check, then we're all in trouble. They also charge account holders a percentage, to count change. Really Prosperity??? We deserve better than that. Even the walmart bank does better. This long time customer is outta here!

  The manager at this bank is extremely rude. She cares more about pulling her title and status over you than helping solve a problem. She laughed sarcastically when I requested to speak with someone else. When management is poor, it doesn't make you feel optimistic about the rest of the team. Really hope something changes here.

  I was in the drive thru and male clerk made me go around to the front even though there wasn’t anybody behind me. Why have a drive thru then?

  This bank helped me restore my credit, and their customer service, both at branch offices and by phone, is superb.

  No atm and no way to filter search for atm. I would never recommend this bank

  The local bank branches are run by morons. I highly advise you not to put your money in this bank, unless you enjoy begging then for access to YOUR money.
