      Not satisfied with the service. I tried to open a bank account a week ago and still waiting for a call back and plus I tried calling and no one picks up the phone very bad service at this location

      Banks are horrible to begin with, Wells Fargo is among the worst. They will attempt to FORCE you to open an account to cash a check drawn on their bank! Thats illegal!! Then they'll try to charge you for not being a customer. DO NOT ACCEPT A CHECK FROM A WELLS FARGO CUSTOMER IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE CHARGED TO CASH IT!!! Dont use banks at all if possible. I do NOT USE BANKS!!

      This Wells Fargo is by far the best one I have ever encountered. Yessica and the staff at this location have the best customer service!! They all have a smile on thier faces and they truly care about thier customers. Thank you

      Incredibly slow service for business customers as previous reviews noted. Not uncommon for me to be first in line and still wait 20-30 minutes for help. Other branches instruct all tellers to take business customers first... Not his one! Tried to ask 'Carmin' about this issue once and received an interruption and curt response about other customers needs for my trouble. On the bright side tellers are usually nice, for the 30 seconds I see them to make my deposit. I'm encouraging upper management in my 150 branch company to bank elsewhere.

      I waited in line for 1 hour and 18 minutes. This bank doesn't care about it's customers. Time to shop for another bank.

      This branch is the most inconvenient bank branch of wells fargo that I've ever had to do business with. They scrutinize everything beyond reasonable nessisitie, they outright refuse to do simple things like print out a document. They fail to mention key steps in their process, which would save clients time. The wait is always 20+ minutes. And they seem to enjoy their unwillingness to assist in matters pertaining to their work. I'd suggest driving to a different branch. Unless you don't mind any of the aforementioned things that have plagued my experiences in regards to this branch and their employees. TIME IS A VALUABLE RESOURCE THAT IS NEVER ABLE TO BE REGAINED. SO SITTING FOR 40 MINS TO BE TOLD THEN THAT I NEED TO GO PRINT A DOCUMENT THAT IS READILY AVAILABLE ON MY PHONE IS REDICULES.

      What I experienced today in this particular branch, was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I have already submitted a formal complaint to corporate, so I will not get into much detail. What I will say is, I was treated the way no customer should ever be treated. I was embarrassed, and I left on the verge of crying from being so upset. The lady behind the desk who was "helping me", spoke very condescending toward me. I will never ever open a wells fargo account, and will urge those I know not to either.

      This branch's line is ALWAYS long, no matter what time of the day. First thing in the morning or middle of the day. Although, the line moves along pretty quickly. However, other branches I have frequented have shorter lines and quick service too. The branch in Moreno Valley by Ross is another one with long lines all the time.

      ATM took deposit for $1000 and credited my account with $0.01. The 800 number told me to call the branch, the branch told me to call the 800 number. I went in person. The manager was very crass. She said it was because it is a high risk bank. I am new to the area. I didn't know Perris was seen as trash. So basically I got profiled. I drove down to the Murieta bank and I was treated a little better. It still took days to get my money back. The line was out the door.
