  Extremely poor service I asked the teller Maria to cash a postal money order check today. And instead of her just saying ma’am because of the type of money order we won’t be able to cash it deposit only. She began to ask me if my account was in the negative, assuming that I would have bad banking habits is highly offensive. I have banked with WellsFargo for years since they were Wachovia and have never been more offend than I was today.

  Tried opening a business account at this location. We then played how many bankers does it take to open a business account and remain professional for the next 20 minutes. Absolutely loved how one of the bankers yelled my name across the branch instead of coming up to me. Complacent. Unprofessional. Seat warmers.

  NEVER bank with Wells Fargo. They were overcharging me, I was told that the monthly fee would be waived/adjusted and I had issues with that account for a year. MILITARY SPOUSES DO NOT BANK WITH WELLS FARGO!

  Customer service is terrible and the staff are rude. Wells Fargo is bad in general but this is the WORST branch I’ve ever been to.

  The staff are not knowledgeable. I Hate to visit this branch. I have to visit the west side branch to get way better service and better knowledge. I dont recommend this wells fargo at all..
