Chessmaster Scds2Service asociate was rude all the time. From the time I went for information he treated me as if i was not relevant. I tried to make an appointment and he just said to bring the car next week. Then when he called he told me it would be $1,500 dlls for repairs. I told him it was still under warranty and he kept saying NO. I had to be rude about it too and finally he looked into the car's records to find out I was right. Having ro deal with this person was a very disappointing experience.

Victor Segura1Casa Nissan consistently misinformed me regarding cost of repairs which I feel are extremely excessive considering i have a full warranty. The personnel there is rude and unprofessional and when I stated that I always have problems when I bring my car in... "But you keep coming back!" So I advised thus rude service writer that I would never return nor would I ever purchase another vehicle at this Nissan dealership.

Sherry Dean1I took my car in for a simple transmission fluid flush. Picked my car up later that afternoon and attempted to drive it home and it was leaking radiator fluid. Took it back to Casa and they said it needed a new radiator. The radiator was fine before I took it there and the diagnostic tests that Casa did before even says everything was fine. Fast forward, a week later when my car is finally ready, I go pick it up. I left my garage remote in the rental car that was provided. I go to back to get it and the clip is missing from the back of the remote. All I got was an I’m sorry we don’t know what happened to it. So I’m out of $400 and had to get a new remote. The service was not good at all. I wouldn’t recommend Casa Nissan to anyone. That was my first and last time doing any type of business there.

Desireè L.5I took my car to Casa Nissan for some regular maintenance. Orlando was my service advisor and he took such great care of my vehicle. It turned out I needed a little more maintenance than I thought. He explained it all to me very detailed and worked so extremely hard to make sure everything was taken care of. He also kept me informed on every single process. Orlando is truly a blessing in disguise. I look fwd to working with him again in the future.

Brian Gutierrez2I absolutely love the customer service with Casa Nissan. I bought my Armada from Viva Nissan only because Casa Nissan didn’t have what I wanted at the time. Since I bought it I’ve been taking my Armada to Casa. I’ve never had any complaints until this last weekend. I just hit 100,000 miles and I simply went for an oil change, tire rotation, and a wheel alignment. I got there at 7:15AM on the 16th of May and I didn’t leave until 11:30. I find it hard to believe that it took that long for it to get done. I was told that it “it was almost done”, “a little longer” for hours until I had finally had enough. Wouldn’t you know it as I was walking up they were finishing the paperwork. Maybe it was my bad day but after dealing with them for so long I didn’t think that it would take that long.

I had waited 2.5 hours at firestone with an appointment the day before and my car wasn’t touched. I will continue to go to Casa Nissan from now on.

Mario Escobar5Great customer service ! I took my moms Rouge in to Orlando S. in the service dept because her battery died and we were afraid that we were going to have to buy another one. He checked the history on her vehicle and told us that it still had warranty. We were able to get a new battery installed at no charge to us and my mom is so happy she has her Rogue back. Orlando has helped us out so many times and we greatly appreciate his service and his hard work.

Daisy Hinojos2Every time i go into the dealership for something its the worst experience of my life. except for the few times when i talk to thomas the guy that sold me the car. the customer service from the service dept is the absolute worst that i have ever dealt with. if it werent for the fact that my warranty is through you guys and that i just bought a brand new car i would probably never step foot there again. on top of the fact that i still feel that i was misled when i initially purchased the car.
