  Stopped by this morning to get cash from ATM, no problem. Realized I had too many singles, went inside to exchange for larger bills. Three people behind counter, one teller, one individual at teller, left in disgust after 8 minute wait. Seriously considering a more customer friendly bank for all my accounts.

  I stopped in to cash a check from a friend that was from this bank. They asked me if I had an account here, I said no but they were happy to cash the check anyway. I have had problems cashing checks at other Banks but they were friendly and very nice to me. This is the way Banks should when they are cashing checks written on their bank. I am thinking about opening an account at this bank

  people here are very polite and professional. the line is usually not long, so if you're in a rush for a wells fargo, come here
