      Called Wells Fargo to add my wife (who already has access to my checking account) to my savings account. Person on the phone told me I'd have to come into a bank in person to add her. So I came to this branch location and they told me she would have to be here in person as well. I told the teller about what customer service told me on the phone and she told me to wait to speak to a manager. I waited for over 40 minutes and not another person spoke to me, updated me, or helped me at all so I just left.Terrible customer service and a total waste of time for something that should be super simple.

      This bank is a waste of time. Makes you wait hours before getting serviced. Unfortunately this is the only Wells Fargo within 30 min. No one here has no common courtesy.

      I was having issues with my account so I went up there to speak to a representative and was told they had no control of credit cards that I would have to call customer service for help. So I ask if she could order me a replacement and have it sent in the mail. She said oh we can't do replacements here you have to call customer service. So if I didn't have a credit card and I was trying to get a credit card you could get me one but you can't order me a replacement. That's when I realized she wasn't trying to help me. This was the little Hispanic girl behind the desk. She was rude and unhelpful. I plan on calling customer care
