  This branch is DEFINITELY the Best branch EVER! Branch Manager Francisco is always awesome and professional and willing to get in and help. Jane, their other manager is always helpful and very knowledgeable in pretty much everything I’ve brought in - and I have to mention that teller line! Talk about pure class and exceptional customer service! If you’re reading this, Corporate, y’all gotta give these hard working men and women a RAISE!!!

  Conveniently near my work. Helpful and friendly staff. This Wells Fargo has a lot to offer and it is so close to my work, how could I not want to use it? Wells Fargo is working real hard to clean up its image. It's online services have improved a lot. And, like other Wells Fargo's, it offers services free to its customers that other banks charge for. I especially appreciate its notary services, but be sure to get an appointment first. This Wells Fargo doesn't offer medallion stamping, but the staff went out of its way to locate other Wells Fargo's that do offer it. I especially appreciate the friendliness. Often the manager mixes on the floor and greets the customers as they come in.

  Very bad customer service. They put one person cashier with 15+ people inline. Waited for 20 minutes and finally bailed out. While the line was getting longer, 3 employees walking around and do nothing. Just one cashier. This is bad.

  I am a current customer of Wells Fargo bank, but not for long! Issue: Shady business practices. Last month they finally closed several accounts that have been opened in order to produce multiple unneeded credit / debit cards. I was promised a 2% interest rate on my savings account by a bank employee and the branch manager. They later rescinded the original offer. I've had numerous problems with Wells Fargo over the years. This time I'm done. Customer beware.

  Great service. I never ever seen another banks.bank manager very nice with everyone and take care every singel Coustmer like faimly members . I open my business account and Adriana silva help me open my account . She is really brilliant girl. She know how to deal with Coustmer. Overall all staff very great and nice. Thnx Wells Fargo

  The worst bank you will find. Service is awful. The lady in the mortgage department is a nasty you-know-what. She is rude and not helpful, and very, very, very lazy. Do no use this bank or home loan department. Wells Fargo employees like this nasty chick have no supervision, so they can act anyway they want. Stay away. Also, Google Plus is totally lame. I will never use it.

  Worse place ever!!! As I waited in line today April 27-2020 they did not open on time. The manager does not ever smile ... very rude! Has no experience!!! Every time I came he tells me wrong information. I waited one hour to talk to him and he was not able to help. I went to a different location and they were able to assist me. Customer service is very the worth in that location. They answer back to you aggressively. The only great customer service they have is Sharree she is great and that’s why I keep going back that location.

  Not the best staff. Very slow. To avoid hassle drive a little and go to Blossom Hill branch which is an excellent one
