      Lizbeth M. is the best teller I've ever worked with at any Bank of America branch. She is friendly, professional, and extremely efficient. For my business, I need to make cash deposits multiple times a week, and she is by far the fastest and most accurate with processing large quantities of bills. Can't recommend her highly enough, she's simply excellent at what she does and a gem of this branch location.

      Be aware card reader got my ATM at the Cottle branch were able to do ATM withdrawals 1800.00 over two days this happen 6/7/22 I would be careful using those ATM's .

      I went to ask for a bask statement with my partner, and this woman Becky Peinado was completely rude and unprofessional, she was asking to my partner for an id and he showed her his Colombian id and his debit card and she said the passport is the only valid ID, which is crazy bc at the moment they open him an account he showed the Colombian ID and it was completely valid, so I told her “that’s a valid ID” and she responded “do not discuss with me, I’m not going to talk to you” and ignored me the whole conversation. I don’t know if that’s they type of people you want working for your company but definitely it’s not the bank I want to have an account with. I do have an account with this company for about 3 years but this is not the kind of people I want to deal whenever I need some help or my partner.

      I have no idea what happened at this branch of Bank of America. Me and my family had one of the worst experiences today. The associate that assisted us was unprofessional in so many ways. From disclosing my parents’ personally identifiable information in the lobby while others were listening, to rejecting us in opening a checking account. I don’t know what kind of twisted reality this is where the bank does not want to take your money. As a long time customer of Bank of America this saddens me on so many levels. I hope that the people they hire get better training and provide better service. We went to the Blossom Hill Rd branch and the service was outstanding compared to this branch.

      In this branch they will do their best NOT to help you, inventing weird "rules" as they go. If asked why the same "rules" don't apply in other branches, they'll tell you "Why don't you just go to another branch then?" I think that this level of service is unacceptable. In fact, for me it was the last straw and I now want to switch my main account to Chase just to get better customer service.

      If you have T-Mobile and need to use it to retrieve codes sent by the clerk, don't bother coming to this branch. T-Mobile does not cover the bank area.

      Worst service ever. The covid excuse has gotten old. A financial institution like BOA had enough time to figure thigs out. Defenetly switching banks. Every time I go here is a two hr wait and now they won't even answer the phone. They have one or two bankers at any time and a full house on the manager and other staff side. Absolutely disgusting.
