Rob and his highly skilled lending team are experts at residential and commercial lending, as well as refinancing and reverse mortgages. Rob has developed relationships with over 45 lenders so he can truly get the best package for his clients. When he couples that with his ability to provide outstanding service and close quickly, it’s the perfect trifecta for his clients! Rob and I have known each other for nearly 18 years. During that time, we've worked on 100s of client purchases together. There has never been one that did not close.   Wow! I don’t even know where to start. Renee and Rob are AWESOME! I am a first time time buyer and could not have had a better experience. The process was long and I was relatively confused at times, however, Renee and Rob answered all my questions and concerns! Every detail was so clear in making the process simple.   Rob and Renee are nothing short of awesome. They are incredibly busy people, but we felt like we were their only clients. They were always available when we wanted to brainstorm lending options or when we needed crazy-fast pre-approval letters or loan information. They successfully closed on our home EARLY. Rob is incredibly knowledgeable of the market and what's possible. He's a creative broker who works hard to make sure he finds the best option for your individual situation. Renee is super organized, VERY responsive and excellent in her role. Not to mention they are both just pleasant people to work with.
