My fiancée and I had a most wonderful experience today working with Dominic today! We are very happy we stopped in today. There was also a new teller and manager (Karen?) who did a wonderful job helping us as well. Thank you guys! We appreciate banking with you all :)

Drove 1.5 hrs here to do a wire transfer and close on a home, was told they are two tellers short and can't do a wire transfer. Told me to drive to another branch. Phoned the closest branch, to confirm they can do a transfer, was put on hold for 10 min. Can not WAIT to close my WF accounts. This bank makes every step of the way to accessing your money an absolute hassle. Two other banks of ours could increase wire transfer amounts or transfer online, not Wells Fargo.

Would love for this Wells Fargo Branch on Blake Lake Blvd, to update their website, hours stated they open at 9 but hours on their door says 10 for Saturday's.. arrived at 11 along with a bunch of other customers and they are closed.. not too happy with this branch. Will continue to visit the 2 Lacey branches. Or make the effort drive to Lakewood or Centralia .

      Response from the owner

I'm moderately in different about the company but there was an employee here named Dominic who was so friendly and helpful. I've never had a better experience at a Wells Fargo branch then I did with Dominic. 10/10 would work with him again.

Let me first state my complaint isnt with this or any particular branch, it is with the company and how it is handling the covid19 forbearance many people are currently on. I was laid off and was told on multiple occasions they would add the missed monthly payments to the end of the loan. I was under that assumption from april 2020 to february 2021. I recently told them i was ready to resume my payments and they said the missed payments would be due at the end of the loan as a large lump sum. I explained i could not afford a payment that big now or at the end of the loan. I was told that is what is being offered and if i didnt sign the documents being sent the account would be considered default. I regret banking with them and would strongly suggest against anyone new making the same mistake. Take your business elsewhere and save the headache of a dishonest company.

Very disappointed in Wells Fargo. Their Lead Teller, Dominic, refused to wave four money order fees for a business account. His words, “I’m able to waive the fee but will not do it for your type of account”. What I do know is that Chase bank provides me with free money orders. Maybe I should just conduct all of my business with them. You should work on the customer services skills of your “Lead Teller Dominic”!

The worst experience I have ever had in banking. I left this bank a long time ago. But decided to give it another chance years later. I will be closing my accounts immediately again. The clerks tried to tell me that they couldn't cash my $1400 check because I only had $10 in my account. Last I checked, a check represents c-notes (money) and I am not required to have collateral (money in my account) to put more money into my account. I have never been under in my account. Never had an overdraft fee. Still couldn't cash it. I was dumbfiunded! Really my bank doesn't accept money?!? Wow?!? I had a conversation with the good old general manager and he basically told me he couldn't do anything. Before I left I told him I was going to come back to close my accounts and would bank with a credit union. He laughed and told me, "yeah with your whole $10". No buddy, my $1400 check and all the rest of my payroll from this point on. Don't bank with Wells if you want respect. They are the phoniest bank out there aside from Bank of America.

They always help me when I go and I go at least 2-3 times a week for business deposits. Everyone is friendly and my personal banker (Anastasia) is really fast and professional. The other girls who help me always refer to me by my first name and are always very kind. The manager passes by when I'm in line and he always offers coffee or water when I'm waiting! I can't see myself going to any other bank and I've been with Chase (ugh) as well as Bank of America (Double UGH!!!!) and I never been so happy with my banking. Literally switched all my accounts from Mortgage, Payroll, Banking, to Wells Fargo because of this.

Wells Fargo is appealing the "reordering transaction" lawsuit. The same thing even Bank of America had finally stopped doing! Wells Fargo has never stopped reordering transactions and they are getting away with it. I have proof of their blatant theft! They are stealing from you by reordering your transactions! But hey they are about to aquire a 400 million dollar office in the UK! Money stolen and spent well! THINK ABOUT THAT EVERYONE YOU JUST BOUGHT THEM A NEW 400 MILLION DOLLAR OFFICE WITH THE MONEY THEY STOLE FROM YOU IN FEES YOU WOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN CHARGED HAD YOUR TRANSACTIONS NEVER BEEN REORDERED!
