  They don’t keep record so you will end up spending 500 extra just to pay off your loan. People don’t do the loan or you will regret the extra pay off. And I’m sure they don’t care about this post it’s not like they are going to give back the extra payoff. Remember customer service is a big catch on anything. Signing anything is like signing your soul to the devil. Better off signing for a home loan. But not with these guys.

  I wasn't really happy and unsure of the way I was helped, simply because had I not asked or mention about the "insurances" options that I had, I would've got charged with an extra fees that I had an option to whether opt in or out of it..smh. Not to mention that I had to always ask the loan specialist to elaborate some of the things that she should've in the first place. I felt that she tried to rush me to just go through the paper works and sign it. As soon as I fully pay this loan, I will never go back to that place again and will not recommend to anyone to go to that particular place, in Olympia.

  I have been a client of One Main Financial for years and they never disappoint! This latest transaction was the smoothest yet! TJ was on point through the whole process! Would definitely recommend this company!

  Not really thrilled with this personal loan experience. Rates are very high. I don't know what my interest rate is, the statement doesn't show what it is. Doesn't show the beginning balance or anything. The only thing the statements are good for is showing how much I paid and nothing else. This place is far from transparent and I don't appreciate that as a customer. Will not be doing a loan with them again. Not to mention they always call you trying to get you to up your loan more.

  DO NOT!!!!!!!!! Use them for an auto loan. You will be wasting your time. Got there at about 10am 1st they told me I was pre-approved for 9k with 0 down. Sent me to a dealer and called said dealer to tell them I was pre-approved for 9k not including taxes and fees. Found a $8,500 car befor fees they said car was too much because taxes and fees so car price would have to be $7,500. Went to 2 diffrent dealers found a 5k car took them the paper work thinking its way under $7,500. They said cars only worth $3,900 you have to put the rest down. Now its 3pm and I need a car Befor everyone closes so went back to 1st dealership to see what the difference in price was maybe I could pay the down so they called (OMF) they said would have to put $5,500 but in the morning I was pre-approved for 9k on the same car. Now at 4pm its only worth $4,400 needles to say spent all day and now everyone is closing and I have no car. WASTE OF TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  This branch of One Main financial is awesome.I worked with Eric throughout the loan process and he was very professional and explained everything very clearly.He was easy to understand and made sure all my questions were answered.I would highly recommend the branch at cooper point road in Oly.

  When your organization trolls the internet and make cold calls - wisdom, patience, and skill is a must. I have pulled my application for a better organization, the representative of this organization raises red flags!!

  Great customer service everytime and easy to work with. Would highly recommend this location. The whole process is very easy to understand.
