  Made an appointment with Banker Veronica to set up new accounts. When I arrived the day of my appointment I was told she was not in due to an emergency. I took time from my busy schedule and wasn’t even given a courtesy call to reschedule or cancel my appointment. No one else was able to help me. Complete waste of time. Do not come to this bank. Horrible customer service.

  I visited this branch two times, the second time the manager got my pin issue correct. Took some time but she got it done, really appreciate it!👍🏽

  If I could give zero stars I would. Such a pain to withdraw a small amount of money. CHASE OR BoA let you withdraw far more of your own money. I asked the manager I think her name was Chu about this and she got all offended. Like come on really? No wonder they are always getting sued. And the manager instead of being informative about it, gets all offended. If they don't like their job that's on them but don't rude to your customers for asking for clarification. Such an embarrassment of a bank branch.

  I used to love banking here. They made me feel very welcome. That has changed in the last couple years. Anytime I deposit a check over $5,000 they freeze my funds for over a week. They make you feel like you're a criminal. I will be switching to a bank that is more welcoming.

  Management is very helpful and they take advice about their tellers attitudes. Only happened twice.

  They treat you like a criminal by making you fingerprint on each check I cash in person per visit
