Jeffery Stephen1Worst bank ever. Woke, broke, choke, and joke. No hours. Branches closing everywhere. Hours listed online, then you get there and they’re closed. Only reason I’m still here, my landlord won’t switch to anywhere else. Wells Fargo is weak. They suck. Already moved my personal banking elsewhere. Only leave my account open for rent transfers. That’s it.

Michael Adjustor LoGiudice3Always a line. Even after the COVID restrictions are stopped. This branch honestly feels like it is always under-staffed. 5 windows and only 2 tellers and nobody in banking services. The employees do seem pleasant and I would give them a 5 star. So this 3 star review is more for corporate and management. I also realize that it is difficult staffing any business post-COVID. But if you want to continue banking with our business. You had better make some improvements at this location. Because the Credit Union around the corner has far better service and rarely a line.

Savannah1This Wells Fargo is consistently the slowest Wells Fargo I’ve ever been to. Covid or not, it’s taken me 1-2 hours in line every visit I’ve had. There’s 3-4 works but only 1 teller working the front. She does her best but can only do so much with lines out the door. I dread having to go to the bank because of this establishment.

megan w1This place is slow as molasses. I've never waited less than twenty minutes. Straight from their own lips: "35 minutes to an hour is an acceptable wait time." So much for customer service.

Kolby Sosa5Just wanted to come forward and spread some positivity after seeing a rude customer in this location who claims to be making a complaint. The employee handled a nasty guest promptly and professionally. Always quick as they can be and lovely staff to me and the company I work for. If you’re a guest reading this. Be nice and understanding. Spread more love than you do hate. Thank you.

Bryan Monson1Me: I can't come in, I just need to get my credit card checked. WF: You need to schedule an appointment to then come in and talk to banker. Me: I just said I can't come in, can't banker come to microphone? (There's nobody in line.) WF: If you schedule an appointment, you can talk with banker inside. 5 minutes later...no difference, no logic, nor understanding. Could have been resolved in that 5 minutes.

Leticia A Martinez1When I was at Welsfargo yesterday on 12/28/2020 I was in line outside in the cold along with other customers, when a lady just walked in no !!!! she was not an employee. After she walked in the man behind me also walked in. They attended them right away. I told the lady in front of the line two just walk in like they did. They told her to stay in line. Selective customer service!!!!
