  Amazing at getting you approved , we went through two different mortgage companies seeking an approval and both were stressful and didn't seem to prioritize it. Claudia made it a priority and worked with us and did everything she could to make our purchase happen. The best person to help in making your dream home purchase come true, I would definitely recommend if you want someone that is genuinely great at what she does!

  I wasn't certain if I would be in a position to re-finance my original home loan into a shorter, fifteen-year loan. I spoke with Claudia Chapman about what I wanted to do. I provided her with the information she needed and she provided me with a couple of options to pick for re-financing my loan. Claudia was extremely professional and easy to work with...very personable. Her experience was obvious in how she worked with me. She answered all my questions. After I decided what I wanted in my re-financing, she immediately got the process started. She assigned Felix to assist. Claudia and Felix kept me updated throughout the entire process. I was never in a position where I didn't know how the process was going. I enjoyed working with Felix and Claudia and had absolute confidence that I would be approved and my loan would fund at the time I expected. I highly recommend Claudia and her entire work group for helping any home buyer or anyone wanting to re-finance.
