  I gave my wife money to put a down payment on her vehicle of choice hoping the dealership wouldn't take advantage of the lack of knowledge of an inexperienced young beautiful lady. Fortunately, she has a husband who's highly knowledgeable in automotive and mechanically inclined. She will be driving back to Salem from grants pass again to figure out a solution. If they really pride on their reputation, than they will suggest a better vehicle, than a 2004 jeep grand Cherokee that's over $7000 with issues that is predicted to cause problems and malfunctions in emissions and fuel economy. I'm a businessman and so far I can vouch this company of good business. I will give an update on the review for this company depending on the outcome unfair contract that they believed to be a reasonable deal. I also visited their website and found much better deals they should've offered for that same price. I would call you Dan but I don't believe that's necessary. This is an issue with a simple solution that deserves a better review and rating than what we are currently giving.

  Had a great experience at this dealership. I stopped by just to "look" at a Jeep I've always wanted and a couple hours later, I drove home a Jeep Grand Cherokee Hemi. All this was thanks to Trevor and his exceptional customer service he provided me with. I always like to shop around and get the best deal I can possibly find but Trevor got me the car I wanted for a price I liked with a great finance terms. Therefore he saved me time and money. Couldn't be happier with this deal!!!

  These guys are all amazing! I was in need of a car, and they did everything they could to make it happen. They were straight up with me the entire process, and also very very personable. I would recommend this lot to anyone and everyone.

  I went to creative Credit auto knowing my credit wasn't that great. Tyrone, and Trevor both bent over backwards to get me a deal and loan on a car I love. Then when the car had issues, they again went the extra mile to get my car fixed. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

  bought my Mercedes here and they were great. Tyrone and staff have a great selection of cars, they went above and beyond to help me find what I needed, get the title sorted, and also even helped to find someone to buy the Jaguar I was also looking fo sell. good people here and great service. recommended.
