Yvette Lucero1We had pulled in and send our information in 5 minutes later the lady came on asking what we needed we had let her know and we proceed to wait 20 minutes when we finally got what we needed. The costumer service was not it , they were very unfriendly and unprofessional and the wait was just too long. Definitely needs help with time management.

Radavion Newsom1Your flying of my American flag is a disgrace! It is horribly torn and ratty. PLEASE educate yourself on how to properly fly the American flag or don't fly it. I have asked the manager to fix this and it continues to happen. You are insulting MY flag, MY country and everyone that has ever defended it with their life. Thank you

Jon Smith1Only bank I’ve ever heard of that won’t allow a person to deposit cash into someone else’s account, “to protect their customer.” Protect them? From what? Having a higher balance? More like to protect and ensure the bank is that much closer to charging overdraft fees. Craziest load of junk I’ve ever heard!

Eve Garcia1Commercial Lane is always so so SLOW! Why it takes them about 10-15 minutes per vehicle is a mystery! So either the person working the lane needs to be replaced or retrained and open up 2 commercial lane with a well trained person working the second lane. People who need to get back to work are in a hurry and lobby lanes usually take forever as well! Please be quicker!

Dale Sanders1My last two on-site visits to WF have been poor experiences. Today, I was turned away at the drive through at the location on 50th and Quaker at 5p. I drove down the street to a City Bank and was able to get a check cashed. At one time, we have mortgage, cars, LOC, savings and two checking accounts at WF. We’ve moved almost all of them elsewhere and probably going to close the rest out soon. It’s a shame, too. It used to be a good place to bank.

Tracie T1Just open your eyes. Charged just to call your bank. Charged to see print up. Charge, charge, charge... Oh and good luck getting your money and closing your account. You know the old saying...you can tell a persons true nature when you get into a huge fight or try to leave them. Same as banks. Coming into the relationship it always looks pretty. Heck just throw 100 dollars in for 2 months then call about it, then go up to talk, ask for print up, then say you want to close your account. Make sure you call and ask questions on 24 hr phone service.. better for you to try it. I hate you to invest in this bank and later say I was right.

Fee08892Commercial lane is usually super slow and I don’t usually have that problem at any other branch. Some days it’s quick though, I guess it’s an issue with one particular person or process I feel like it could be improved. It’s a drag and one of my least favorite parts of my job.
