  HORRIBLE COMPANY. They can't mail out the mortgage statements on time, we were told they were mailed out and received them 2 weeks later. Nobody answers the phone at this place. Also, they never paid our property taxes on time. Seriously property taxes are due the same time every year so they know when they should be mailed to the county. I give them ZERO stars! We were under the assumption this was a VA loan but it is not.

  Potential customers BEWARE!!! Just imagine how many other dissatisfied customers did not take the time to express their horrible experiences. I received notice that I was owed money for overpayment in escrow. At the end of February. On March 10. I called to inquire when the check would be sent out. I was told that it was sent on 06 March 2019 (LIE #1). Mind you they are located in Lubbock TX, and I am in Dallas TX. I thought that was odd that I had not received it yet if it genuinely was sent out. I waited until the 15th and called back. I told them how is that I received my mortgage invoice for the next month from you all but not my check and the invoice was mailed after the check was sent. I was then told maybe it got lost and they would issue another one and mail out (LIE #2). I waited until the 20 of March. I called back and was told in FACT it was never sent on the 6th nor the 15th. They stated they had 30 days. OK, it is now the 8 of April and no check!!! I want to point out that the young lady that answers the calls was very polite, but she was fed lies from the people in the particular department!!! It blows my mind how you want to hold us accountable to make our payments time to you, but you lie and go past the due date for payments back to the customer!

  I LOVE this company! My mortgage was sold to them a few years ago and they have been great! I just refinanced with them and the service was beyond excellent! Celeste and the whole team are very professional and responsive. The best mortgage company I have ever done business with!

  Can this company do ANYTHING right? They couldn't pay property tax or insurance with my escrow account, so I closed it years ago. Now, their website is down when everyone needs to make their payments. Nobody answers the phone. They can't even process an automatic payment on the 1st? It's now the 9th! Come on?! I wish they would sell my loan so I could deal with a mortgage company that knows what they are doing.

  If I could put a negative I would. This company is awful, why doesn't the state , or government step in? You can call all day long and no one ever answers. Since my fathers death they have not sent any statements. We are trying to get a payoff amount and can never reach anyone no matter how many different departments you call. How is this company not being looked into? I've filed a complaint with the BBB but as yet (5 days) have not gotten a response.

  Im not exactly sure where these poor rating come from. I've been working with Celeste for awhile and she's absolutely wonderful. She always answers my calls and my questions. She's friendly and you can tell she does anything and everything she can to help. This is a wonderful company, I'm always greeted at the door. And on top of it all, my husband, my two kids and I were turned down for a mortgage loan by many places until we were referred here. We were prepared for this place to tell us no too. Until we were pre-approved for the loan for our first house and proceeded in paperwork. Its been a blessing to work with this company for our loan and Celeste has been amazing. I would refer Capital Mortgage to anyone!

  Capital mortgage are very friendly people to deal with. They made the process very easy for me. Everytime I had a question about something I could call Gina and she would answer any question that i had. Great bunch of people working there. I would recommend them to anybody that is thinking about buying a house or refinancing. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK.!!!

  This company was always returning our calls and emails and keeping us in the loop of all changes and updates. Never had any problems of getting a hold of anybody to help us with our questions and concerns. They made purchasing a home an easy experience and helped us through the whole process and making sure that we could get the home we wanted.

  Wanted to give major kudos to the management services I worked with at CMST. I have a emergency that I needed my payoff information only days before the closing and was having some trouble at first until I got ahold of Favian who was amazing to work with, he called me back multiple times to confirm I received my document and because of his greatness I can close today with no set backs

  They just recently switched their online payment website and informed me to register again. I did that and now it won’t allow me to make an online payment it says I’m unauthorized. I left 10 voice messages today no call back. Even tried to make an over the phone payment no one was available. I’m very disappointed with this mortgage company. I plan to get a new mortgage company soon. They’ve completely lost my business.
