  I love LNB great place to bank but let me shed some light. I came into the branch and was having a crazy day and was having some issues and I met the 2 most down to earth personal bankers Alyssa and Mia. They are amazing people they made me feel like I was talking to my best friends. They resolved all my issues and in a very timly manner. Definitely above and beyond and class A customer service. Moral too the story if ya need a personal banker this is the place to go.

  Spoke with a girl in Fraud about a Fraudulent charge from Netflix coming out of my account since Nov. 2021 and she adv me they could go back to Feb. 2022 and credit the account back since this was not my Netflix account. Got a letter stating they denied my fraud case. Then the other representative tried to tell me I was lying.

  inconvenient, not many locations, one of which is remodeling currently and is out of service. it is a problem when you need to contact them or require to be in person to sign papers. was out of town and a $30 charge turned into a $72 charge while i was busy at work.

  Amarillo national bank takeover of LNB has need a complete disaster. No one communicates within the organization. I miss the original LNB.

  I called to pay off an existing loan with Lubbock National Bank. I asked them to transfer money from my bank account with them and then I would pay the rest with an outside credit union. They took the money from the credit union but failed to take from the checking account. I checked a week later and there was a balance due on the loan. I was transfered to 3 different departments with no luck and still have a balance on the loan.

  Horrible customer service. If I could give zero stars I would. My card was eaten by one of their faulty ATM’s and they basically told me to get another card even though their technicians go out ever Wednesday. I asked for my card back because I needed it because I travel for my job and I can’t wait for a new card right away. I’ve waited almost two weeks now and it just ended up in circles going nowhere. I will be closing my account with them as a result of it. You’d have better service going to the first national bank in your local walmart. As a business owner I believed that customer service should be top priority, but they don’t seem to grasp that concept.

  Don’t bank here!! I was unfortunate to bank here for a car loan in 2018 and I got a call yesterday telling me I missed a payment in September 2018 and a payment in January 2019. I’ve been making sure my payments were made and now a few years later turns out they don’t have registered those two payments even though it shows those checks being cashed. I don’t know but it seems a little fishy they let almos two years go by for them to reach out and let me know payments are missing.

  Awful customer service, I called like 6 times at multiple locations (119th and quaker, then 34th) trying to reach someone about opening up a checking account. I finally reached someone by the name of haley at 34th she transferred me to the correct bank I needed to speak to and as soon as I was transferred they sent me to voicemail for the 3rd time. If this is a representation of how their customer service is I will bank with Lubbock National. Very disappointed.

  The worst bank to bank with in lubbock....there is no after hour customer service and the online banking app is always down..called the main branch to check my balance due to the online app being down once again... was told i had 80 in my account, withdrew that 80...the next day had my direct deposit hit my account and my card was getting declined, called to see what was going on and i was told i was negative 50 asked how that could be and was told i withdrew more than i had, explained to the rep that i had called and was told my balance and she basically called me a liar. Even with the negative balance my direct deposit would have been more than enough to cover the negative but now its not being processed until tomorrow, im a single mom that depends on each paycheck. Stay clear from this bank unless you want to deal with Unprofessional people and a huge headache!

  Services with persons with disabilities is soooo bad it cannot have escapes management; that is, managing loans or checking for blind or dyslexic persons is deliberately and knowingly bad as a very conscious corporate policy. For the regular population, this translates into a no service system. the reason this isn't a one is the underpaid bank center employees they hire are the front line to calm and try to work with the universal underserviced bank clientele under threat of dismissal. they simply use them to dump the garbage they create.
