      Soooo Lazy and all they have to say is write an email about it.... I've been calling them for 2 hours nonstop and still no answer. Plus the told me I can't cash my check there unless its direct deposit so they put a hold on it... they stamped it so I can't cash it anywhere else. They are just wasting people time and stealing money. I will be going through with a LawSuit

      This branch literally doesn't care about any customer; any other branch in town would serve you better if you're a WF account holder. Made a sizeable deposit, they made ZERO available on deposit. Don't believe what the staff tells you, they aren't required to put anything on hold by federal regulation, they do so because they think you're lying and the check's gonna bounce. The regulation is in place to stop banks from holding deposits indefinitely, and that's it. The staff has been indifferent every time I go there as well, and they made me feel like some kinda criminal today when all I was doing was depositing money. Real talk, if you have a decent amount of assets, bank literally anywhere else. Don't waste your time with these clowns.

      I recently had some account questions that could not be resolved over the phone or online. Had to make an appointment to get time with a banker (because of Covid). At the appointment, I was able to get all the help that I needed. Even had a follow-up call a few days after the appointment to make sure that everything was properly handled. You don't expect to get that level of service from a large, national bank chain. I've had an account with Wells for about 25 years and plan to be with them for many more. They do a very professional job.

      Recently opened a checking account at this location and was helped by the banker. She answered all of my questions and gave me a lot of tips I didn’t know about. She also called me a few days later to make sure I received my debit card. Very happy with my overall service.

      It sure would be nice if you could actually call the bank. I don't bank with them because of their fraud from a few years back and how my wife has been treated by them but for some reason after 10 years shes still with them. Would love just to know if i can deposit money into her account so she doesn't have to break quarantine to go in, but nope. Cant have a phone line that's not answering 40 unrelated questions and then be told I have to wait 15 minutes to talk to someone in another state probably.

      The staff are always pleasant and very helpful. Everyone from the bank tellers to the management are very polite. Office is clean. Service is most often in a timely manner. Seating is avail be if you have to wait for any reason. Weekend hours are convenient.

      It's too bad that I had given this place 5 stars before. But even though I had talked to bankers face to face and communicating with Wells Fargo regularly they never once brought up my accruing interest on a student loan I took from them a few years ago. They related today that they sent paperwork every three months but I never received this information. I planned to just pay the loan off and that was an hour long process on the phone to discover that they hide your interest rate on your online account. I accumulated nearly 50% interest on this loan that I was completely unaware about. Even in the event that I were to have paid it off online, it still would have had leftover interest I could not see because they do not display it. I will be switching banks soon.

      Spoke to the manager over the phone trying to ask whether Wellsfargo does notaries. I called for a client that was recently turned away from another location because the banker didn’t know how or what to do. It seemed to me that the banker who I also spoke to didn’t understand or was unsure if the client had to have an account with Wellsfargo. Based on that information, I called that location twice and received no answer so I went forth and asked simply, this location, if they notarized for non account users of Wellsfargo. The manager went on a full blown explanation for why she wouldn’t or couldn’t give me an answer simply because I was asking for a client who spoke very little English. I wasn’t asking for information about a client which I could understand but a simple question about the company which she obviously had no knowledge of and gave me a bogus answer for her not having a clue about whether they are able to notarize or not. I was extremely annoyed with her tone that was belittling and insinuated that she knew more than I did about the topic when just the same day Gate City Bank natorized my clients form with no questions asked. I, myself, bank with Wellsfargo and have never experienced horrible customer service from a Wellsfargo employee before until now.

      13th ave Wells Fargo off of 25th st! Took over a half hour to deposit my check! Completely unacceptable! I don’t care about excuses you need more workers to accommodate the customers
