  The workers make the experience for me. Always very genuine and helpful. The "world deadliest virus" has made it annoying at times because they are very pushy about wearing a mask. If I can go die for this country, I can chose what does and doesn't go over my oxygen hole. Thanks.

  TERRIBLE bank. The blonde teller lady needs to be fired. Middle aged. Works at 3pm short hair. EXTREMELY rude. Not to mention. Wallet was stolen. Went to cash my check they said no. Even tho it has my photo and all my info and I showed them my social security card and a price of mail with my info as well. Still wouldn't cash. So I had to drive all the way to Grand Rapids just to cash my check. Cashed out fine with that stuff not a question asked. And they were way more respectful in Rapids as well. That lady needs to lose her job for real. Will def be contacting corporate. I was very respectful to her. Didn't deserve to be treated like that!! (Edit). Forgot. Asked to speak to her manager as well. Well that didn't happen either. Kept questioning me why I needed to. Ect

  Wowed by customer service. It was so refreshing to see such excellent customer service today. I saw kindness extended to a differently abled person who needed help putting money away. I heard an apology when a person was taken out of turn accidentally. Every teller was professional and kind during an extremely busy day. More businesses should pay attention to this critical part of customer satisfaction.

  I have only been banking here for 3 months. I'm an elderly lady who has banked in many different places throught my life time & I must say my experience with Wells Fargo has been more than I could have ever dreamed of. Everyone in the (large) bank knows me by name. Everyone is cheerful & eager to assist with all my needs, no question is dismissed, they are a very smooth working machine that is well oiled. I for 1 Love this bank & hope to be with them for years to come. Thank you Wells Fargo for treating me like family.

  Great service, always friendly and willing to help. It's a busy bank at peak times but they do their very best to get everyone moved through as quickly as possible while managing to stay thorough and friendly. Highly recommended.

  Very nice tellers. The manager is great. Online deposits works well and saves time. Wonderful 24 hour customer service using phone or internet.

  Really unhelpful! Would give a zero if I could. I have been to several different banks in different states due to moving in the past years. This has been my worst experience.
