      I use this bank daily, as it’s my works bank and I miss the old girls from American Bank! They were prompt and friendly, and rarely made mistakes with my change order. Now that park state bank has taken over, they are slow, ;I just sat in the drive thru for 8 minutes with no one addressing me) short with you and mess up my change order frequently. I understand being short staffed, but first impressions last, and it’s not a great impression Park State!

      American Bank has gone downhill since they changed to Park Stste Bank. Calling 3 locations for 40 minutes and no answer. The menu options dont include questions on your checking debit csrd.

      I went in there with some problems from a previous bank. American Bank took care of my problems and I was very happy when I left, happy enough to switch banks! Thanks American Bank!
