Maria Eugenia Perez1On 4/3 Cryto.com hacked my account and stole 544.00! This happened twice, this was the second time. Wells Fargo did return my money only to have it happen again this week. This time the bank states " no, they said you authorized the 544.00 withdrawal. I was devasted! This was my disability check money and currently I'm -149.00, does Wells Fargo care? Seems not. Blaming me without any documentation to support their decision! WF sucks!

Lola Chicki1They will do whatever it takes not to help you in paying or overpaying so that they can collect interest charges. This is why they've been sued so many times. Do not put your money here, or loan anything.

Corrinne Maldonado5I have been going to this bank for approximately 2 years and have never had a ptoblem. The problems usually happen when a customer is having a bad day or something to that effect which fumbles everything. Glen started in March and he is friendly great with me and very caring, he also remembers his clients and greets them accordingly, I choose this bank branch before any in my area. Glen is a good employee and he keeps going at this rate he will be manager.

William Ezarik1Might be the worst experience I ever had anywhere. I made appointment online to get a bank check and I show up and they tell me they are not letting anyone in. I showed my appointment notice with confirmation and they said to go through drive through lane which was 30 cars deep and did not move for at least an hour. This bank manager should be fired. Awful customer service and cant even get the drive through to work. I'll be closing all my accounts here.

steve melendez1Obviously the worst bank to deal with, try to deposit cash into a friend's account because of an emergency I had the account number and everything. They wouldn't even accept cash. Been in the trade for over 30 years, I still won't accept a a check from customers from Wells Fargo literally the worst bank to deal with.
