      Good location, but terribly outdated. The location is very convenient but the amenities are below average compared to nearby options. One ATM is located in the darkest part of the property and is boxed in with a railing. The building itself has a layout similar to grandmas house. To show how outdated this building is; if you visit it, ask about the basement. Yes... basement. Anyhow, why is any of this important? If the location isnt willing to spend money on the building; what does it say about its willingness to spend on its employees, benefits, our security, etc? As for staff, tellers are average to below average. Management, loan officers, and safety deposit attendants are very helpful. In summary; this place has potential to service existing customers. But without investment attention, customer service will likely start to deteriorate and it will continue to keep mew customers away.

      This was my first time at this particular branch and I have to say I have never received better service at a Wells Fargo branch than I did at this one. Both Michael the gentleman at the front and Carlos the personal banker gave exquisite customer service, it felt very personalized and I wish this branch was my local one because I would definitely enjoy coming back and being treated like they treated me today. They seem to be an excellent asset to that branch and the company as a whole. Thank you!

      I agree with most other reviews here - The bank's employees in general don't seem to care much about their clients. it is probably the corporate culture there. Both on the phone with corporate and at the South Dixie branch, everything seems inefficient - slow-slow-slow service. The bankers don't answer the phones, don't call back and don't answer e-mails within reasonable time-frames. At the branch they seem to forget requests, or simply don't follow-up and basically seem as though they don't give a damn. Don't get me wrong - everyone at the branch are very pleasant, smiley and respectful on the phone and in person, but nothing gets done there. Every single issue - small and large takes a minimum of 2 weeks !!! response time. Even threatening to close a Premiere account does not trigger a faster response. what a disappointment.       Terrible experience. Sat for 30 minutes waiting for someone to help. Had to make eye contact just to get their attention. Was next in line and my guy Carlos gets up and leaves for another 5 minutes. Another rep got done with a customer then started chatting with the other employees, as I'm desperately waiting to be seen. Finally get someone after I'm about to lose it, then the guy acts bothered to help. What a bunch of entitled losers at this bank.
