  This location is horrible. No one likes to do their job no accountability. It's takes 10 days to get a card from TN. The atm accepts cash but they always have to " find and verify" the funds I've been waiting days for cash money I deposited into their atm. And now no one knows where the money is. It's absolutely ridiculous. And good luck getting any help at this location, the calls disconnected often!. I was suppose to receive a call manager but absolutely nothing!!! Everytime I call a manager is there, prompting them, but can't continue the call for an agent who clearly doesn't know what's going on. Ridiculous!

  No, thank you. The team at the Palmetto Bay branch was very rude & confrontational when I was there to open an account. I believe they thought I was already a member. Fortunately, I was able to leave & go to SCCU where I was treated with courtesy.

  Called over phone to 2 different branches asking if i can get bank statements for a charged off account. Was told yes but i would have to pay and go in person. I go to this branch, which was one of the branches i called, and was told that not only could they not give me the bank statements (even if i payed cash) but that they couldn't even give me a signed paper stating that they couldn't give me my bank statements due to it being a charged off account. This is all for a ch7 bankruptcy so i guess the courts will now have to contact them directly. Ive dealt with this bank many years and they truly don't care to deal with people they don't like.

  I have had this bank for over 4 years and they only give out loans to who they want to it doesn't matter if you are able to pay it back or not their under writers are full of it why does it take over a week to get approved for a $500 dollar loan? If you need quick money for something important do not become a member at South Florida Educational Federal Credit Union

  The branch in Palmetto Bay is extremely slow. Make sure you have gas.... Please !!!!!!!.... There hasd to be a better way for them to conduct business...
