      After a long holiday weekend, I had to rush after work to pay rent. Went to use the drive-thru teller which was Closed!?!! Once inside, the bank teller tells me that it's because they are short staffed. I get that, but why eliminate the convenience of the drive thru?!?! Customer service is obviously not their main goal!!! 🙄

      Can't make an appointment to update my parents' account information. When my father passed Wells Fargo locked my fathers' account even though it is a JOINT ACCOUNT. Mother doesn't have an online account. Called to schedule an appointment. Can't schedule an appointment unless you have an online account or use the app. Call at 0910 to try talk to a banker. All lines busy. Thanks Wells Fargo making my life more difficult. You customer service sucks.

      Beware of this location!!! Not a wells fargo member. Took a friend who needed to cash a check. Decided to use their ATM instead of my own bank's. Expected to get charged a little extra but I pulled $200 out of my account, says there's a $3.50 service fee. No problem. Receipt says charged $203.50. Look over my bank statement and there is a $203.50 charge and at the exact same time, down to the very second, there is a second charge of $83.50. Let my bank know this is a fraudulent charge and that there is no way possible I could have pulled out 2 atm withdrawals at the EXACT SAME TIME for different amounts. They said because "my card was present during the transaction there is nothing they can do" meanwhile wells fargo denies any responsibility. So, cost me $287 to pull $200 out from this crook's atm. It's likely got some third party chip reader stuck on their atm and wells fargo just let's it slide. He'll it's probably one of their employees who's stealing your money. Don't trust anyone in this building.

      I just had an extremely positive transaction with a teller named Caroline. I wish every transaction I had was like that one. She was so welcoming and friendly yet authentic and genuine at the same time.

      Only reason for 2 stars is because every other person that has helped me has been AMAZING and the location it self is very nice. But for the this certain employee, 1 star. Every time I go in and I see Ciera I believe that is her name, she is the rudest person. No smile, no welcoming or genuine hello or goodbye, VERY RUDE AND MISERABLE. She comes off as very cold and annoyed. Only reason I recognize her is because of her very strong bronzer look and white eyeliner. She needs to learn better customer service and to not sit there and roll her eyes.

      Love that the lines are very short but the teller i had today came off so short or mad. Elizabeth miller was her name. Could use some customer relations classes or just not have her up front. Update...she must of read this review, smh..
