      Waited 15 minutes for a banker to speak with and she rudely went and assisted someone who just walked up and sat down. She never looked at me or asked me if I needed assistance. She just completely ignored me. Not one to make a big scene, I'll just bring my business elsewhere.

      The atm just got replaced months ago and here it is jamming on my money for no apparent reason. Absolutely ridiculous

      The local staff can only offer little phone assistance. They insist you visit the bank lobby or call 800. Unless you have an appointment bank business wait can be long. Email follow up is poor. Most business is referred out to 800 number. Much staff turnover so new person usually has to get assistance which takes extra time. I get less direct help locally at Wells Fargo than any other bank and I'm told I'm VIP customer. Unreal. Service csn be very time consuming .

      I have been banking here for years. They are very helpful. Teller staff is top notch. I feel like my money is protected at this bank from fraud. Being a former banker, I know the stress a teller has on them to prevent fraud. They are bombarded with odd situations when it comes to money. If they are a little cautious about your check, be patient and polite. You will always get what is rightfully yours. The bank and the teller need to feel comfortable with the transaction. They have to cross a lot of t's and dot a lot of i's.

      It's an ok bank if you can get helped in a timely manner. Usually at this location timely is not in their manner. I have sat in the drive through for up to fifteen minutes at times. Like right now I've been waiting for almost ten minutes and it's only a little past 4:00 I seriously don't understand why it takes so long to get waited on here. Clearly they're not understaffed because they have plenty of people standing around doing nothing.

      Not sure what is going on at this location as its going down hill. Been banking here for 5+ years. Then today all of a sudden they wont cash a check i had. Ill be closing my accounts and getting with a new bank.

      I won't speak for the bank as a whole, but this branch is filled with extremely helpful, friendly staff who are happy to assist. The wait isn't terrible even on busy days. It's the only branch in town that I go to.
