James Glaskox5I use Wells Fargo for personal and business banking. After years of service, I've only had a couple of negative experiences that were isolated. However, the usual customer service I get is outstanding! Staff is always friendly and helpful. They're always checking to make sure I'm getting the most out of the services they offer. Neither myself, nor any of my workers, has ever had any issues making deposits into my business account. There are rules regarding accounts. But, ultimately they are inplace for the customers protection. Wells Fargo is not my only bank. But, they are my favorite!

Kristina Piscitello5Every time I've gone to this location I've had nothing but positive attitudes and today was no exception. I hope I have this Representatives name right but I believe her name is Alisha. She at the time was by herself working the teller station for the drive-thru which unfortunately has been backed up quite a bit since our current situation with the covid-19. However her attitude was fantastic. I asked her if she was alone at this time working the Drive-Thru and she said yes but that she is here to make sure we are getting everything we need. I really appreciated her professionalism and sweet attitude. I would highly recommend this location. God bless.

Erica Letto,mkkko1The tellers were unprofessional to my husband, he was ashamed because everyone was staring at him. I had to leave work to come up there and I was very upset. I been going to this bank for years and I have learned that they do what they want to do. I'm a very nice person and treat people with respect. If I have to go in there again for anything else I will not be speaking to people like I usually do. I will make my withdrawals and deposits and keep it moving.

andrea carrington1Worst bank ever! Want to send your kid to make a $20.00 deposit. Nope. You get lectured about criminal enterprises. Geez, it is a twenty not a million. Boss ask you to make a deposit into the business trust account. Nope, have to show ID even though you aren't an account holder. When you question this "new" thing they put in place, you get another lecture regarding criminals. Save yourself a headache, bank elsewhere!
