  They were very polite; but after having us sit in her office, and after running our credit (750+ score) for loans, they stopped trying to communicate with us. I called three different times trying to follow up with them, and everytime the receptionist told me they would call me back that afternoon or morning, and never did! (Which made me have to be the one to follow up.) When we finally went to another loan officer at The Citizens Bank(highly recommended!) We werd told thats not the first time Delmar Mortgage has done that, and 'she'll take it personally' (the follow up calls).
