  The process of buying our home went extremely quick. We were planning to just browse and wait until spring to buy, we ended up finding a home within days of getting our pre approval. We had no clue what the process from here was. Josey and her team walked us through every step. I had a million questions and they were always willing to answer them and get us any information we needed. They went out of their way to ensure we were ready to go in time. We are so appreciative and would recommend their team to anyone looking to buy a home.

  Josey really pushed for me to get the things I needed to get my house. Michelle was there every step of the way with the 100 questions I had. Sarah was always very informative with her Tuesday reviews. I loved every thing about Guild Mortgage. They made this stressful time very happy for me.   It is a very busy time to buy a home and when I went to Josey and Michelle for a home loan, I truly didn't believe I would get much. I took the chance and Josey and Michelle worked their magic to get permanent home for me and my best buddy. All my questions and being anxious to move, they were very patient and understanding, and with the overwhelming amount of home buyers, they Always seemed to have time for me.   I had the absolute best experience with Josey, Michelle, and Sarah. Everything was clearly explained and they were transparent in all paperwork and correspondence.   Josie and her team made the entire house buying process worry-free. She gave us options for different loans we qualified for, and helped us to decide which loan best fit our needs. Her team kept us up to date every week and were available for questions all the time. We really enjoyed worked with Josie and her team!

  Josey and Michelle of Guild Mortgage were absolutely wonderful to work with on our last investment property! After getting turned down from our ordinarily banker for unknown reasons, we put out applications to a few other lenders to try and be sure we didn’t lose out on our good find. Josey immediately contacted us, requested all the information she needed to see if she could help and was quick to determine there were no issues lending to us. Every single step after that was taken care of very swiftly and we were informed of everything throughout the whole process. We’ve already been in contact with Josey and Michelle to refinance other mortgages we have, will definitely be going back to them in the future and will be spreading the word of how great they are at what they do.
