  We had a very unique situation, and a very specific and tight, super tight time schedule. And it did not make one bit of difference. Everything went off without a hitch when we were worried we could not do it at all with the massive amount of business travel in our lives! We literally would not have a home if it wasn't for Fairway knowing all the steps we needed to take and getting everything in order. No delays, no panicking, no problems. They treated it like an every day occurrence. Plus their recommendations for other businesses were absolutely flawless. I trust them completely.

  Daniel Harkins and the Fairway Mortgage team made this a best in class experience for our family. Everything from start to finish was top notch and we were treated like an extension of the Fairway family the entire time. The entire process was easy, smooth, full transparency/visibility to where things are at in the process (the entire time), open communication, proactive, fast response time, everything we were looking for in a partner. Their portal to upload/review documents was outstanding and made everything so easy for us.   This is our second time using Karen from Fairway Mortgage and we would use her again if needed. She does a wonderful job and is very knowledgeable. She was recommended to us as our first home was a manufactured modular home and we were told she is the go to gal to get the lending done for that kind of a home!
