Erin B.1I arrived at 12:55 to attempt to have someone removed from a joint account, that person arrived shortly after. At 1:15 someone who had an appointment at 1:00 (and was clearly late) arrived. At 1:20 the single teller asked me to go after the 1:00 appointment people, despite them being late. I had to use the restroom bc I'm pregnant and she stated I couldn't bc of COVID, so I had to leave to use the restroom at a nearby gas station. When I came back, they had already moved on to another customer that came in after all of us. I understand the restroom situation, and that since I wasn't there, that they moved past me. The only issue I have is that CLEARLY this location is understaffed. All of this mess could have been avoided if they had simply had one other banker present. From a customer service perspective, this was an unnecessarily obnoxious experience. I ended up waiting an hour for service when, had there been one other banker, they would have been available right away.

Brett Bauer1I’ve never seen a bank with such rude employees. The personal bankers are extremely friendly. However, the tellers? Not so much. I’ve banked at this location for over a year now. I come in with substantial deposits of cash - specifically, there is a black gentleman with curly, dark hair that sits at the front desk as a teller. He always has a smirk look on his face, is very sarcastic and just in general, unpleasant. It’s almost as if he thinks something is funny every time I come into this branch. I do not enjoy being disrespected at the bank that holds my money. Highly considering switching to a new bank. Extremely unprofessional, disrespectful and flat-out rude employees.

Kate G1This location always has a long wait it seems, and when i went to cancel my account the manager sounded like he was reading from a script. Didn't sound too concerned. Scammers with the recent fraud charges. Shaking my head. The CEO will not even accept liability for what his company did to create over 1 million (fake) accounts. Taking my money elsewhere!! I advise everyone do the same.

Namoi_Nicole1I have never had a problem with Wells Fargo until I came to this location. The service is slow and they are very rude. The deposit option on the atm wasn't working either. Save yourself time and headache by going to the location on university drive.

Brittany Parham1Came in to get a debit card replaced ,banker Montana pretty much skipped over me although I had been waiting about 10 minutes to assist someone whom she seemed to know type up a letter for a deed opposed to helping me replace a debit card.Didnt seem eager to help, and was very slow about assisting customers.Really appreciate Drew R for coming to assist me...

Bass Barfield1Always has a long wait. Plenty of people on staff, just too busy talking to each other. 3rd time I've been waiting over 30 minutes behind multiple people for a banker while most of the staff is unconcerned with helping and just conversing in the back

Kyle S1slowest most unconcerned and unproductive employees that I've ever seen at a bank. every single visit requires at least 30 minutes of waiting around. truly pathetic how horrible the service is here.
