  Horrible customer service. The employees are never considerate of anything and when I wanted to speak to a manager the employee spoke with the manager away from the desk and was just passing over the message of what the manager said. The manager is coward to not want to face problems. I had to repeat myself and tell the employee I wanted to speak with the manager face to face.

  I’m from Canada and started my account with Wells Fargo. The staff go out of there way to assist you with any banking needs you require here. Some of the most courteous and respectful people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Not only in this particular bank, but with all Wells Fargo employees I dealt with on the phone.

  A Wells Fargo employee used my name and Social Security number to close a credit card. They have confirmed this. However they have not returned my money or provided me with documentation. So I would be able to take this up as a civil matter. This is 100% identity theft and the bank refuses to acknowledge it. They tell me this is an internal investigation with one of their employees and that I am not privy to any documentation at all. This bank protects their employees when they use your identity inappropriately.

  This bank is a joke. They are stealing money from a 9 year old boys account when I was told there would be no monthly service charge because he is under the age of 24. Not to mention he’s been a member for almost 3 months and now it getting charged a service fee. I have the paperwork from the bank which says no monthly service fee. And now he is getting charged 10.00 a month. Wells Fargo has gone down the hill over the last few years. Also the people who work here have no idea what they are doing.

  I've been Wells Fargo customer since 2014 and have never had a problem never had an overdraft fee. I recommend going to Wells Fargo they've treated me good. all the employees are very helpful and nice.

  Very helpful. Ashley the banker was a tremendous help. I just moved here from Ohio after my husbands death. Had some life insurance to deal with. When Ashley was not available other bankers filled in to help with notary assistance. I have been here at least 8 times with no problems and very little wait

  Sean is our banker and he's super helpful and smart! Knows what he's talking about and very relatable and friendly! Been seeing him since we got married 2 years ago. He's helped us with credit accounts, joint debit accounts, disputing purchases and helped us apply for a loan today.

  Made it in at 4:53pm (they close at 5pm) only to be told they can't help me or process my transaction because they already started closing out their drawer. Was then asked if I had tried US Bank? I said no because I do not bank with them, I bank here. She said "Well there is another Wells Fargo down the road that is open until 6pm" Really? First it was suggested I try another bank then it was suggested I drive another 12 miles down the road because they wanted to close down early. Extremely bad business practices!! Take their advice and try US Bank!!

  Simply put- Wells Fargo is horrible. There are MANY choices in banks- you should choose another! I only deal with them now because they purchased my mortgage. I’ll NEVER deal with them again soon as I’m able!!

  On Tuesday, April 23d, I deposited a check from well know investment company into my savings account. Because the amount and my being African American, the teller had the nerve to ask me what the check was for when clearly it was none of her business! I felt like I was being treated as a suspected drug-dealer!!!!
