  CHEERFUL WELCOMING STAFF is the first thing you notice at this branch. Now the bank may be tough to deal with sometimes, but the people that run this location are great folks. They always do a great job of not only making your visit amazing, but they often go as far as effectively working around many of Wells Fargo's sometimes numbskull policies and procedures. Really great people!

  Went in so they could help me securely fax a document needed for my student loan and they said that their banker was busy until 5 (3 hour wait). I clarified that I just needed it faxed to the student loans department and was told it was not something they could handle. Not sure why they don’t know the fax number to one of their departments but I am severely disappointed in how the handled this situation especially since it was a simple fax. If you have any issue that are more than a deposit you may have to go to another location since a simple fax is too complicated for the people here.

  Staff is ALWAYS cheerful, friendly, and professional. Better than other banks that are impersonal. The people here memorize everyone's name and are genuine in nature. I am very happy in my business transactions with this branch and recommend it.

  I have banked at Wells Fargo on Novelty Hill Rd for years. Despite a frequent changeover in staff, everyone has been cordial and helpful whenever I have been in to do deposit. Recently I opened a business account there and the process was so smooth it was seamless. You definitely have the sense of a small local bank - "where everybody knows your name" ...sorry Cheers - with all the advantages of a large institution.

  We, the customers of this branch have been told for nearly 18 months that it was about to reopen. Its obvious that will never happen.
