      Good morning it is now Friday at 9:15 AM the drive-through was supposed to be open at 9 I'm still sitting here all by my lonesome waiting for someone to come out and open the line this this is a common issue with banks these days no customer service poor customer service c***** customer service

      This is the worst bank ever. The drive through takes a minimum of 20 minutes up to better of an hour. Slowest tellers I have ever seen. Go to a different bank if you are able or bring a lunch for your car. Ladies always find something wrong with your deposit or addition when there is nothing wrong. Go to another bank.........

      I've banked with Wells Fargo for over 5 years and have never had such a bad experience like the one I had at this location. I went on two separate occasions two set up a business account since I have personal accounts with WF. The first occasion they had me wait 30 minutes even though I had an appointment just so they could tell me that I needed my partners to be present. On the second experience they had us sit and wait for about 20 minutes since they claim our appointment never went through. After waiting the Manager LaTosha Murphy showed no willingness to help me create an account. She seemed upset at the fact we were even present giving her work to do. I've now switched to a credit union and created my business account elsewhere. My accounts at Wells Fargo will soon be terminated and its all due to the lack of hiring good management/employees. Poor management leads to poor performance, you need to get rid of her or change her attitude towards customers. I will also make sure that everyone I know who banks with Wells Fargo knows the truth. That they see no interest in them if its not in their benefit. GO TO A CREDIT UNION OR SMALL LOCAL BANK!

      Beware of the drive through ATM at this bank it will refuse to give you money and then charge you for the amount you attempted to withdraw anyway. When you contact the bank they will inform you that the machine is not theirs and that you have to call the number on the number on the machine as if you just lost .50 cents in a vending machine for a bag of chips. Customer service is not helpful an quite rude. DO NOT RISK IT!!!

      Came to open another business account for my new business but unfortunately I had to work with a very a lazy, ignorant/ghetto Latasha Murphy. Wont speak for the rest of the staff but Latasha Murphy was the worst......... Took my Business else where and I glad did.

      Can't go wrong with this location. No long lines. Friendly staff members. Make you feel like you matter. Won't rush you out the door. They even let me use a side room to be sure they gave me correct balance if that was my concern.

      SLOW as HELL I took my son to this location to cash his check&open up an account,we arrived@4:15&left@5:20,ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Had I taken him to the location on Jonesboro Rd he would have been in&out in less than 20 mins##get the molasses out of your butts&MOVE QUICKER#

      Customer service is pitiful The night deposit box is broke, I go in to see if there is another box to utilize inside, I don’t have time for their lines. There are 5 employees sitting and talking, no they couldn’t help, other than to tell me the night deposit will be down for a week and I have to stand on line to make the deposit 😡

      there's only one person attenting in front and there are varies people waiting to be attendent and its been 10 minutos or more for someone to assist them. Commercial line gets attendant as well so that slow down the personal line. This is not the first time on a Tuesday morning.
