  Just had the best experience from miss kylee. Talk about great customer service and she was able to answer all my questions regaurding my loan and my account i couldnt ask for a better gal then she. Super friendly and super outstanding personality. Way to go on the customer service pioneer credit union.

  I do not bank with Pioneer Federal Credit Union but my boyfriend does and we share financial responsibilities. I feel compelled to write a review to educate the public of the poor service I have witnessed. Firstly, we have struggled to get to the Meridian Fairview location on time to make a car payment on his auto loan due to the hours of operation (9am-6pm). There was an error that stated they were open until 7pm, which was later corrected. Immediately after work we headed that direction to make a payment but had the inconvenience of rushing there in rush hour and the location was closed. Inconvenient but forgivable. If you're looking to make a payment I wouldn't recommend making a payment through the drive through. Confidential information is being talked about through their loud speaker system. Is anyone else concerned for the safety of their financial information? Actually, I also wouldn't recommend making a payment via phone either. That will cost you a $17 fee. For a not-for-profit institution, that seems like a high price of a processing fee. This last month's payment was a little late because we were waiting until our biweekly payday to make a payment. Pioneer Federal Credit Union somehow had the private number of my boyfriends parents and harassed them for payment. His folks live out of state and no longer bank with them. Unprofessional. Recommendation for Pioneer: maybe have the right number so we can communicate on our behalf? Just a thought. These are only a few recent examples of the unprofessionalism we have experienced banking with this institution. We are both disappointed that years of having multiple auto loans through them has come to a disappointment in service. We are looking into refinancing through a different institution.

  I enjoy the people. The employee's don't look like they work for some repressive out of touch religious cult. The only reason I rate a three is because national deposits and sister credit Unions are hard to find on a national level. Keep up the great service! Work on your Sister Branch deals.
