  Absolutely, ridiculously, slow slow slow. I kid you not, when I say the ONE teller did 1 transaction every 10 minutes or more. I stood in line to cash a check for over an hour. This is by far, the worst managed bank I have ever been to in my 50 years of life. Just a horribly managed bank.

  There must be an explanation for this branch to be the slowest of all. We’re all experiencing the difference of our new reality — but the drive through here is most frustrating ... cars sit there as if they’re going through the mortgage application for HOURS. I suggest you do something quickly ... perhaps a lane to get out of the deadly trap would be advisable. Not happy at all.

  They need to put more staff in order to reduce wait. Do I have to wait how long to get my money hard earned money. Poor managing. Thinking about leaving this bank.

  Waiting for an hour, when she called my husband name I said “yes” once, she called again my husband said “yes” twice. Then, she called another person to come over with her. When I asked why we got skipped she said she didn’t hear us say anything. No “sorry” or apologize out of her mouth. She didn’t even look at us in the eyes. Worst back I ever experienced in my entire life. They don’t deserve any stars!

  The service is very slow and to open an account or any other service I need to make an appointment for everything and one arrives by appointment and anyway they take a long time to attend
