  "Branch Managers at Wells Fargo are the leaders of the branch team and serve as the face of Wells Fargo in the community by actively participating in community events, committees, and business groups. They are role models for building lifelong relationships with customers, both consumers and small businesses." As defined above by Wells Fargo, this branch manager at this location needs to go and the district leadership team needs to promote other staff member to become the branch manager.. He's incompetent, lack of knowledge with the bank system coupled with mediocre customer service skillset. I've been in business with WF for last 15 years, current 1% top earner in GA with $5M+ personal net worth. I stopped by the bank earlier to get a copy of my statements for my business I closed in 2021 which no longer available online. Instead of looking up my information in the system, he wanted me to give him a bank account number of that specific account or a check to look it up. When I told him I do not have those information handy, he rudely advised me to go back home and find it then come back later. He insisted he's trying to help by wasting my time. Another staff member quickly took my debit card, located the account then printed out the statements in a matter of minutes. This is a branch manager we are talking here, who couldn't do a simple task for a loyal customer without having an attitude, maybe he needs a better compensation for his job or needs to go somewhere else. I'll check back in a month and see if it is still beneficial to do business with WF with this type of leadership displayed at this branch.

  i went to the bank request change for my bussiness i was denied by a hispanic lady she told me she is the manger very manipulative woman and racist she feels like shes a king right there i will post her name soon her name is julieta fararo

  I have to give a star just to put a review. The black female bank manager. Is truly the most getto, un provisional person I ever met. Every time I go in to this bank she is rude to everyone, customers and employees. I have taken my banking else were.

  I have been always using a branch at Stone Mountain Festival and on Mountain Industrial blvd for notary and had quality service. I have been denied a service at this branch in Lilburn on Lawrenceville Hwy. All office employees are men who refused to notarize my signature. I went to another branch and accomplished my task. I would continue avoiding this branch and suggest that the manager hire more women to work with clients not only for teller positions because men are doing nothing, discriminate against women, keep leisure time during work day and receive compensation.

  I can not recommend this bank to anyone.I have been with this company for over 7 yrs.now and today was the last straw They cause more issues than they resolve. Tellers do not pay attention and customer service is not competent enough to resolve issues. Thank you Wells Fargo for the inconvenience you have created on my Bday 1 and the day before Thanksgiving. I can not and will not carry on with this company anymore.You have inconvenienced my business and personal accounts for the last time.I will see you guys Friday the 29th when you first open to cancel all 5 of my accounts .YOU CAN COUNT IT!!!!!

  My fiancé and I were looking for a local brick and mortar bank to start using and the reviews led us to this Wells Fargo. We couldn't be happier with the service that we received, specifically from Jacob Mote. He was unbelievably helpful, and friendly as can be. We cannot recommend this branch of Wells Fargo enough!

  Jacob mote was beyond words helpful and did everything he could to make my issues fixed. Highly recommend this bank, and it’s bankers. Good people great service.
