Jared Perillo1If I could say one word about this location, it would be 'understaffed.' Every single time I walk into this branch I wait in a line that seems to never end. I walked in on November 30th, 2021 to get my debit card replaced and the teller did not do her job properly so I was waiting for something that was never going to come. This is extremely frustrating. I'm closing all of my accounts and moving on to a different bank because of my experiences at this location.

M H2Went there yesterday closed our accounts because we had some fraud not the fault of wells fargo they gave us our money we told them about 2 dollars in the other account they said it was in the check they gave us and to complete closing of accounts need an appointment "what" when we got home checked accounts on computer 2 dollars stilling account hope they can fix that at appointment?

Lucie Hunter1We have our mortgage with Wells Fargo. I can’t speak for branches other than the Forest Lake one, but this one seems to have either incompetent staff, or completely lacking in common sense. Not once has there never been an issue whenever dealing with them. Unbelievable. I’m writing this as I sit in a personal banker’s office trying to get a check deposited (not cashed) from a major, national, insurance company. Going on 25 minutes to get a check deposited. Imagine if I was here to cash it?

Diane Kestner5We walked into WF to get some papers notarized. The gentleman told us that they would get us in but without an appointment we might have to wait awhile. He was very friendly and professional. While we were waiting, an angry employee came out and stated "without an appointment you will not get in today" ...with her, we would have given the bank a 0 star!?! About 2 minutes later, Milton the bank manager, asked if we had appointments and what we needed. He was very friendly, positive and helpful! He got us in with Milissa right away. She was efficient and caring! Without Milton and Milissa, the.bank would have received 1 🌟, due to these 2 exemplary employees...WF receives a 5 🌟 rating!

Christopher Olson5I've always had a great experience here. Sandra is my banker and she has always been very fun to chat with and explains things very easily. All the employees I've dealt with have been very kind. I look forward to going in and seeing them.

Doug Jurek2Service inside is usually fast and helpful, but since I live a ways away I sometimes need to call a banker for help, good luck. I have called a half a dozen times and have never gotten through, phone rings for a few minutes and then goes dead. Very frustrating!!!!!

Austin Rautio3I've never had an issue with the service here. I'd go as far too day they offer excellent service however they desperately need a new outdoor janitor. The building, lights, windows, drive through windows and kiosks are covered in nasty spiders and spider webs to the point were it is simply disgusting. There is also a need for repairs to the blacktop. Edit: The place has been considerably cleaner. Updated stars from 1 to 3.

Jessica H1Wait times are consistently long, required to see bankers for things that do not actually require a bankers attention. Do not like to leave negative reviews, but hopefully this will help correct these issues.
