  I have been a customer with State Farm for over 30 plus years. Jesse Johnson State Farm Office is one of the best - for a simple question regarding a policy or when in need of claim for a loss they will walk you through the process. Always friendly and curious office staff and agents. I highly recommend this office - they will take care of all your insurance needs.

  I was at the airport trying to rent a car. They needed proof of insurance (which I didn't have because it's never been required before). Luckily, it was during business hours, and I was able to reach Stephanie at Jesse Johnson's office. She found the docs I needed and emailed them in 10 seconds, so I could finish my rental and enjoy the rest of my trip. Thanks Stephanie!!

  Over the past four years Jesse's office has done a tremendous job taking care of my family's insurance needs.   Through the nearly 10 years we have been doing business with Jesse, he has built a ton of trust with us. Jesse manages our entire portfolio of insurance including home, auto, boat, ATV, life, and personal umbrella. Over the years, Jesse has reviewed our coverage and made great suggestions of policy changes to cover different life events always balancing appropriate coverage with cost. We always know Jesse has our best interests in mind. I used to think of insurance as a commodity until we experienced the service that Jesse and team provides.

  I have been with Forest Lake State Farm Insurance since I was just out of High School, some 38 years ago. They have always taken great care of us. (Homeowners, Car and Life Insurance). They are ALWAYS friendly and professional. I appreciate being treated like a valued customer not just a number.

  We have been customers with State Farm - Forest Lake for more than 25 years and have never experienced anything less than EXCEPTIONAL service. The whole staff is incredibly knowledgeable, personable and helpful. It is apparent their number one priority is...US! We recently purchased two vehicles. As they were switching coverage from our old vehicles let us know about State Farm Bank - which ended up offering us a lower percentage rate, plus gap coverage (which the other loans did not include). The researching and processing of the loans was done thoroughly and quickly and we were well-informed along the way. This is just one example of the many many ways they have taken care of us for more than 25 years.

  I love State Farm especially with Jesse Johnson my State Farm agent merri westlund is unbelievably amazing and I honestly don't know what I'd do without her I will probably never switch insurance companies I had a different Insurance before I came to State Farm and I wasn't very happy and now I have insurance that I can afford and they are just overall a great welcoming company!! Thank you guys for everything you've done for me!
