      I nearly lost a house at closing today due to a wire transfer that mysteriously went missing for 5 hours. All the transfer information was verified and correct. I also received several promises from the banker of a very quick wire given the sending and receiving accounts were both with Wells Fargo. So please explain how a wire initiated 25 minutes after the branch opens hasn’t shown up 5 hours later. There’s literally nobody else to blame when it’s between WF accounts! They kept insisting I should just complete the wire using their online banking services. I think it’s so they can blame problems like this on the customer instead of accepting responsibility. I’ll be closing my accounts with Wells Fargo now.

      4 scheduled appointments and still no business account opened. This time it's because I have to show I married my ex-husband, then divorced him have to show that, and prove the new marriage. I understand the new marriage but every time I make a appointment they change what paper work I need.Done not going thru them. And just recieved my appointment has been canceled.

      If you ever think you might need somebody to make a deposit in your bank account don’t go to Wells Fargo only someone on your account can make a deposit This is 2021 not 1980 . I would not even of gave it one star but they don’t let you leave a review not less you do very disappointing in Wells Fargo will take my business somewhere else.

      Never had any problems here. They are open a partial day on Saturday which is nice. Always friendly and smiling when I go inside or through the drive through. They even have doggy treats at the drive through. Wells Fargo has been my bank for years, and they help you with any problems quickly and efficiently.

      After checking on Wells Fargo website, I drove into town to make a payment. The website stated this branch was open. IT WAS NOT!

      Worst bank in town, the only people that would give them a good review either work there or have never had an account anywhere else. $31 to stop a check is ridiculous, considering it's free in most banks. They charge for anything they can, their "free" services are free everywhere. This is the third bank I've been with and if this is what bigger name banks bring to the table we are all in trouble, Iceland is doing great, why don't we follow by example.

      Been with WF for over 15 years, and they won't reverse any of their ridiculous charges. Loyalty means nothing to these people, only money. I asked to see a manager twice, and was just given the run around by a banker, who talked to me like I was a 5 year old who just walked into a bank. I have lost hundreds of dollars to these crooks, and I say NO MORE!

      Went in to get change for some cash so I could do some laundry and was given a nasty look by the teller and was told that I could only do $ 20 and that it was a corporate decision. I verify this to be a lie

      Very friendly bank & people finally a bank where they actually care about you and offer a helping hand I have banked with allot of banks in my lifetime and this one is one of the better ones. P.S. I edited my review because I actually added a negative comment on this site but wasn't for this bank but sounded like it was it was for a bank I banked with in texas sorry guys your a awesome bank and I'm very happy I bank with wells fargo.

      Had an account. With klamathfalls branch. An was disapointed most of the time had requested. New cards an was directed to use the800 line. When i was there. At the direction. Of a operator. From. The very same 800 line. Om top of numerous. Requests. To set up a line of credit. To. Start building. Good credit. FRom. Finally. Uad enough an left them.
