  I have been banking at Pacific Crest since the early 80's. They have always been very helpful and courteous. They have easy access. We opened accounts for all of our children which helped them understand savings, checking, and how credit cards work. I really like the new remodel as well. Highly helpful and would recommend them. Luke is especially helpful.

  Pacific Crest is great! They provide great customer service, timely response to processing of loans and questions in regards to processing of loans. The staff is knowledgeable and cares about their customers. When banking there, the staff is prompt to assist whether in the bank or in the drive through. I would recommend Pacific Crest to anyone!!

  Unbeatable friendly professional service! Free checking and the kids savings accounts benefits are amazing! Our local Alturas branch always goes above and beyond for their clients! Love this bank!

  Pacific Crest has been a great resource for me building credit and buying my first home. The employees are helpful and kind and I recommend the credit union to anyone looking for a local place to bank.

  I've been a member since I was 12. I love how personal and friendly everyone always is. Got a problem? No biggie, they'll figure it out and call right back. ALSO they do SO MANY amazing things for this community. I have seen them support Friends of the Children, the Ross Ragland and the Linkville Players for sure.... I bet there's more. But then they do their own events for the community too (please bring back the bigfoot hunt, so much fun). Why use a soulless bank when you could instead use local people who care about our community?

  I cannot say enough great things about PCFCU...I am one tough customer so I know superior customer service when I see it and I give PCFCU a 10+++. Specifically, I have enjoyed working with Sherry Preston on my HELOC. Sherry is incredibly knowledgeable about all of the products offered by PCFCU and was full of "outside the box" ideas utilizing products and services outside of her role in the mortgage department. Sherry was a key player in helping me work toward accomplishing my financial goals and I am very grateful. Also shout out to Nicole in lending... So helpful and responsive! Superior service, wonderful products -I am so happy I am a client of Pacific Crest FCU!!!

  If I could give more then 5 stars I absolutely would! Parker helped me setup my business account and the whole process was painless, in fact, it was an absolute joy to work with him! It's not often you walk into a bank or credit union and feel so welcome and that you are the top priority. Parker gave us all the information we needed and had many laughs during the experience. All in all if you need a business account look no further then Parker at Pacific Crest! You won't be disappointed!
