  This is the best tax place I've ever gone too. Susan is the best! Very experienced, professional, fast...she knows it all! I get answers the same business day I called or email the office. The office is clean, got to see they sanitize the pens clients use. Access to a restroom and plentyyy of snacks and drinks offered right away. Super convenient, Any time of the year I can request a free copy of my tax return then just stop by to pick them up. Been a client for 2 years, Highly recommend Liberty Tax.

  They did an amazing job and they were quick. I also loved how clean and organized there facility is and the variety of snacks! Everyone was friendly and definitely recommend Frank Kieffer!! He did an awesome job!

  I walked in to see if they could do my Dad’s taxes. I had my power of attorney document with me. I didn’t even wait 5 minutes when I was called back. The manager did our taxes. She was awesome. Dad is on Social Security and normally doesn’t have to pay taxes but he sold his house in Hawaii last year. It took the tax preparer a little time because Dad’s situation didn’t fit the software, but she was able to figure it out. The entire office was friendly. We were offered coffee, tea, and cookies. It really was a wonderful experience.

  They were very thorough with my taxes. They helped me to maximize my deductions. They were friendly and professional. They helped to relieve my stress of having to do my taxes. I got more back in my tax refund than I expected because I did not realize my volunteer hours and miles could be written off as well. They treated my tax return as of it were their own! I highly recommend them !
