Kathy Dobson1I am here at this bank and the staff are apparently more miserable than the average miserable person. A facial expression speaks volumes. In line outside for an hour. Get inside, three tellers total, but there were also six other employees throughout the bank, no office is unoccupied. Of the tellers, one for walk in and two for drive thru. Only one customer allowed inside at a time then 30 minutes for the next. There is not one customer with an appointment in the offices. So these coworkers should be able to help out where the demand is. Just because your title or position is not teller, you should always know how to do the function, or at the very least, the bank supervisor and manager. By now, the cars are winding around the parking lot. This is sad to me. People can't work close together following Covid rules. So it got really hot the sun came out more.... Sorry...the rant got real! I will return to my branch 2022.

Mel Smith1Horrible customer service!! My mother passed away and I deposited a large sum or money. Instead of offering me services they treated me like a criminal. When the check cleared, I went to make an official check the split inheritance with my sibling and they again treated me like a criminal without offering services! I had to literally tell them MY MOTHER DIED in order for them to lay off me. Little did they know I’ve been in banking for over 8 years and know the process and regulations. And lucky for them I didn’t want to see another black woman unemployed! Whoever that teller coordinator was needs to work for the IRS. Never will I go there again

Akil Bey5I had an exemplary experience at this bank! So much so that Ms. Cheryl Bray is now my new personal banker, as she greatly assisted me with an important wire transfer. From the order in which they manage their lines, to their heartfelt teller/ banker assistance. Even with the other patrons of the bank, all of whom they knew on a first name bases, it truly felt like a warm and inviting environment. This is a bank I will definitely frequent! Thanks again.

ADAM GRAY1This is the worst branch of Wells Fargo. They don’t want your business and they act as if you annoy them. Never going to this branch again and I work in East Point...just sad!!

C Dub1I would only recommend this branch if you had to make a deposit or withdraw at the last minute or you got a chip on your shoulder and you don't mind cussing someone out. . Black people like these make me understand the need for gentrification. Why do you have an attitude on Friday when y'all are about to close and yopu can still enjoy this beautiful day? I ain't catch her name but next time they give me attitude I'm gonna reciprocate.

Vanessa Shell1Customer service is not their strong suit. This is the closest Wells Fargo location to our home and our poor experience here is causing us to consider switching banks altogether.
