  Went to Wells Fargo to set up an simple account around 1:30 today and was told that a banker would be back from lunch in about 6 to 8 min . 25 min later a lady came over and said that the banker we were waiting for just went on lunch and that he wouldn't be back tell 2:30 and also that he had a appointment at that time and that they wouldn't be able to see me tell 3:30. They wasted my time not sure why they couldn't just tell me that in the first place. customer service SUCKS. Thanks Wells Fargo for wasting my time.

  They force you to do all your banking in person. Unwilling to do the simplest of tasks over the phone, Internet or mail without crazy high fees, red tape and hours of time. The 800 help thinks AK is not in the USA. Do not use a bank that treats AK as a second class citizens.

  Opened an account. Transferred 20000 into it. They are still holding my 20000 for verification, 3 weeks later. Called customer service, the rep said they are holding the money to "Make America Great Again" and loudly said Trump many times. Will be closing my accounts as soon as I can secure my funds.

  It’s Wells Fargo, a bank known for stealing from its customers….. This location though is one of the most efficient ones in anchorage

  I’d like to express my sincere thanks to the Wells Fargo branch office in Anchorage Alaska the customer service that they provide it was excellent. The hospitality of all the agents and employees and staff members was excellent thank you very much for helping me out
