      Horribly disappointed with the customer service at Wells Fargo. When we went in to remove myself from the account, the greeter asked if I had an appointment. I had not because I did not realize that that was a requirement. I had been at my local Wells Fargo Bank earlier in the week and they helped me without an appointment. I explained I was faced with a significant obstacle as far as time went. I just found out that my relative was moving out of the state that weekend. Wells Fargo's rules are that you have to go there in person to remove one individual. When I explained the situation the manager could not be bothered to assist us and then said I'm welcome to call all other Wells Fargo in the area. She didn't even bother to offer a list of available locations just told me I can Google it myself. In the 20 minutes I sat in the lobby trying to find another bank that would help us today, I realized that she could have allowed any one of the three customer service individuals who did not have customers to help us. She was just being obstinate. Absolutely atrocious customer service

      I have been a customer for 6 years never have I seen such poor customer service from ANY BUISNESS. I go in to have 3 papers signed was told they were to busy when there where no other customers in the building. How long couldn't have taken. I ended haveing to go to ups and pay over $60 do to this matter really has me rethinking about staying with this bank

      The people who work here hate their job. Nobody could help me or even wanted to help me with my question, they confused me, had me calling my credit card company to ask them instead of helping me. It was a mess!!! Needless to say I walked into SunTrust and they helped me with everything, willingly, and with respect. I also opened a new account with them. I will never ever go to a wells Fargo again!

      Great place and people. Many of my accounts are here 20+ years. But with an 800+ credit score their unsecured loan percentage rate was 4 points higher than where I ultimately went. Disappointed that I couldn't keep my banking simple and in one place because rigid corporate wouldn't entertain the professionals at the branch level. Maybe next time.

      I was given a business check drawn upon Wells Fargo. I went to cash the check and was advised verification was needed. Irina Ibay called & left a message. I called the person who wrote the check & advised the bank was in need of verification. I advised Irina Ibay to please call again as she was waiting for the call. I was asked to leave the line because there were other parties waiting while I was trying to finish my transaction. When I explained that I wasn't finished I was told there were customers waiting who needed help & that the transaction had been completed. I allowed another customer to be helped. After which Irina Ilby called again and as I over heard the conversation she had to verify the check amount. I was given the funds and there was no Thank you! Have a good day. Only a blank stare as if to say you can leave now. What a poor demonstration of customer service. I guess I wont be transferring my business & personal accounts to you afterall.

      I went in here to open a bank account and I was greeted by a very nice and welcoming women named Cody.. she was very helpful even listen to my problems and tried her best to comfort me... she made everything easy for me. I would recommend this bank to any and everyone

      I opened my account here, The girls here are very nice. I felt very welcomed every time I went inside. The girls knew me and that only made their customer service better :)

      I just went in to get a couple important documents notorised and was told it would be a couple of minutes so I waited and then I noticed they took in someone that came in after me. I was waiting for quite a while so I got very upset and started to walk out and no one said a word to me as I left. Very unprofessional.

      Terrible customer service I watched several people walk in after me and get service all I wanted was a paper notarized no one approached me other than telling me to have a seat and they will be with me in a moment I truly believe it’s because I am African-American this is the second time that I have come in and gotten the same service the only reason I came back was because I was in a rush but I will never bank at this location ever again it almost makes me want to just withdraw my account and go somewhere else
