  I had an issue with my HSA account that required immediate attention. I was assisted by "Sharon" who was extremely nice and customer focused. Rather than make me wait, she got my cell and then later gave me a call with the issue fully resolved. She could have easily "dished me off" to the customer service line but, instead, she took great care if me. She knows how to foster customer satisfaction and loyalty!

  I really like this bank. Not crowded, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful employees. Kevin Baldwin especially was great at helping with my HELOC (and I shopped around a lot before BB&T). He explained everything clearly and laid out all my options. Their terms and rates were better than the other banks I checked by far. It is a little hard to reach him by phone (he's usually with someone) but it's worth it to work with him.

  BB&T did what no other bank would , completely changed our companies outlook.... Kevin and Lori are always there when you need them. Thumbs UP!!!!

  Purchased a CD there today - it would have been nice to have heard a 'Thank you!' sometime during the transaction......
