Our entire family have been customers of this branch for many years. While each visit has always been met with a professional and courteous staff member, we want to give a special thank you to Ginger who was so patient with us while working through an especially difficult banking issue. She was so kind and took the time to make sure the problem was not just solved but explained thoroughly. Thank you for providing just great old fashioned customer service!

After a long day of work, getting paid on Friday it’s always a gamble as to whether I can make a deposit at their Smart ATM or not. After inserting my card to make a deposit it spits my card back out and says the transaction has been cancelled. And this happens almost every time I try making my deposit. I end up having to drive 5 miles out of the way to the next Regions bank just to be able to deposit my checks and cash with no problem. No other branch has this problem.

This Regions Branch has gone down hill in their customer services ! (must have gotten a new branch manager lately) Used to be a very good bank at one time ! ATM is down / not working about 50% of the time when I need to use it and serving their banking customers has become very slow ! I see then talking amongst themselves instead of working ! It is ashame that this has happened to this bank ! May have to take my money and change to another bank if things do not get any better quickly !

I strongly advise anyone considering this bank to do extensive research into other options first. The hours of operation are obsurd, the over draft fees are through the roof, and majority of their staff is not very pleasant. Vanessa has been one of the only people that are always pleasant, honest, polite, and truly considerate of her customers from my experience. I have ultimately chose to leave Regions Bank because of my recent experience with the VP of investment management. He lacks communication skills and manners, causing me to not have access to my personal funds in order to survive. I have had majority of my utilities shut off because he can't answer a phone call or return a message that isn't via email. After I type this, I get to go home to a house without power, no cell phone, no hot water, no groceries, all because he didn't put an urgency or priority for my needs as a human being.

Went in to pick up a Western Union Transfer a few weeks ago. When I got there I asked a woman in a cubicle where I go for Western Union pickups, she said she didnt know and I need to ask a teller. I thought that was odd since people not working behind the glass usually have some experience. Anytime I pick up I just show my ID and control number. But this bank asked for my SSN, my email and phone number. When I asked why the lady rudely responded "Thats how it is at a bank.". She told me I wouldn't get any spam emails and my info wouldnt be used. Sure enough I now get promotional emails. Either she they are not well trained or they lie. Not to mention the rudeness is so unneccessary.

This lady at this bank was very rude to me. Being a teen I'm still learning about banking and all the rules of it. I have deposited many checks before and never needed a deposit slip nor I never knew what it was because I never got ask for one and got told about one before. She asked if I had one and I said "no, what's that?" She replied with "well you need to have it and next time you don't we can't help you". This was very rude and I will not be back to this location again. She could look at me and see that I am young and should help me then get mad. Also it's upsetting to know that I have been with this bank for 3 years now and I always deposit my checks into my account and this is the 1st time someone has said something.

Nothing but top notch and professional. A great team of bankers to work with personally and in doing business day to day. Regions Banks are all over the US from about MidWest to all of central and East coast, top to bottom. Have an account in Boston or Kansas City ? Your account is also in Dunedin Florida. Easy and convenient. People complaining about banking regulators and rules is one thing (call your congress person)... the folks working at the banks don't control these regulations.

I went there to cash a check, had to go in, not unusual, went to teller, he cannot do it I have to see customer service because he doesn’t have an ink pad for my thumbprint. Sat and waited for customer service then after 5 minutes was asked what I needed by customer service. Teller never told customer service I was waiting. Cs asked if I had a bank account somewhere else, so the only reason they do this is to try and get u to sign up with them. They charged a $2 fee for cashing THEIR check. Then cs sent me back to teller to cash the check. I would never send any of my customers to deal with this establishment. Horrible experience every time I go there.

The bank teller was very rude (Karen) she looked me up and down and then gave me a look of disgust... Like a second class citizen & proceeded to tell me she wouldn't cash my check and would only deposit it to make me wait for my $.
