  Called to let one of the workers know that we are trying our hardest to get to this location before it closes and asked if they would stay open for just a minute or two longer. The worker said we can't stay open a second longer. Showed up at exactly 2 seconds after closing time for the store and when we were driving up to the window the worker fastly lowered the blinds for the drive through window! Pretty sad that they can't take care of their customers better!! was the only time I had for the next week to get something on my account figured out. Will be switching my banking services not impressed 😡

  The staff at the Rathdrum Wells Fargo are always so incredibly helpful! Whenever I walk in I am greeted with a smile and they never fail to make you feel like your concern is important. I am in the process of taking over a business and they have made it as painless as possible and I am forever thankful for them. A special shout out to Tabatha for all of her help, she has been so amazing when helping me figure out everything along the way. She won't let you down! Thank you ladies, you rock!

  Everyone knows your name if you go in often enough, super friendly staff and I know their names as well, best banking experience I have ever had

  I've found them to always be very nice and helpful, Often the Hayden Branch is overloaded and I come here, more and more often.
