courtney goode1Do not EVER, ever go to this branch. They are slow, stupid, and mess up WHATEVER it is you may need. The day I went in to open an account there was not one customer in there, none of the bankers were busy/doing anything besides standing around talking, and they said they couldn’t get me in the create an account until the following week. I went to a branch right down the street and although they DID have customers in there, they helped me right away. They also said that the first branch I went to did things like that often & received complaints regularly. Today I went to cash a check, and they said there was a hold on my account (why? — no reason!!) so if I deposited it, the funds would not be available until tomorrow. I left with the check to explore other options, as I really need the check cashed today. I returned to the branch two hours later to just go ahead and deposit it to where the funds would be available tomorrow. It took them an hour to assist me and somehow, now the funds won’t be available until Monday (four days from now). The most useless set of human beings I’ve ever encountered. Completely just ruin everything, every time, without fail.

Norbert Macharia1The staff are very friendly, but the manager has an attitude and air things have to go her way instead of taking care of customer needs. She profiled me and ended up suffering a whole weekend without funds from my account. Terrible experience. God help me I never visit this branch again
